The fly, specially developed for fishing with light classes spinning, imitates the larva of a freckled beetle, a rather large insect. Some species of this insect are among the first to begin the process of metamorphosis in early spring, hence their name. The last metamorphosis (turning into an adult winged individual) takes place on the shore, where the freckle comes out of the water. While moving along the bottom of the water, the larva can be torn off the bottom by a strong current, and then it becomes easy prey for fish. You can catch this fly almost all season, but it is most catchable in the spring and during the mass flight of these insects. High-quality hooks with lead heads.
