Imitation of an adult mayfly. Mayfly imitations are very catchy. During the period of the mass departure of this insect, almost all fish switch to feeding on mayflies, and do not respond to any other baits. There are numerous cases of bites on the imitation of mayflies during this period of pike, but the capture of a toothy predator is problematic, because. the thinnest leashes used in fishing are instantly cut with pike teeth.
