WAPSI Mallard Barred Flank Feathers - Peacock Blue [Blue]

The cover feathers of the mallard (Latin: Anas platyrhynchos - in English: Mallard), taken from the lateral surfaces of the body, are a traditional material for tying traditional trout, grayling and "generally used" flies. They are also used when tying salmon flies. The feathers are distinguished by their pronounced transverse stripes, and have a black and white color. Feathers are offered in natural colors and tinted in different tones (without the disappearance of the transverse stripes). Due to the weak contrast, it is very suitable for flies used in dark weather and at night.
