WAPSI Bucktail Large - Fluo Orange [Fluo Orange]

Bucktail is a popular material, most commonly used for making streamers. There is a whole generation of these lures, also called "Bucktail Streamers". It is also used to make some modern salmon flies. The spines of this fur are excellent for imitating the tail threads of winged forms of mayflies and mayfly nymphs, as well as antennae. When knitting realistic flies based on bucktail, legs are often formed. The spine of bucktail is one of the toughest, does not tend to twist, does not differ in spirality, is straight, with a pronounced conical shape.
